What the platform does

The 24-hour deadline is calculated per visit: morning at 07:00, afternoon at 12:00, and evening at 18:00 (Europe/Luxembourg). The rule applies per visit. The 15% Aura platform operating fee is non-refundable; under 24 hours, 75% of service is refunded.

Relationship between users

Owners and sitters verify information, arrange access and perform the service directly. The sitter decides whether to accept, sets the price and blocks dates only when desired; accepting a booking does not automatically block the calendar.

Accounts and profiles

Each user protects their password and publishes only accurate, authorised information and photos. A profile is not an Aura guarantee of identity, ability, quality or outcome.

Liability

Aura remains responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded and for the tools it provides. A general disclaimer does not remove mandatory consumer rights or liabilities under Luxembourg law.
